Notes: For best results, pull brush straight up from bottle, dab glitter on, wipe brush and spread glitter as desired, follow with a quick dry top coat like Clearly On Top. This will not apply as smoothly as our crelly or cream polishes due to the larger glitters. We have tested these neon glitters for 8+ months with no bleeding or fading.
