Cirque Blue Hawaiian Jelly paints like a dream due to the fabulous Cirque jelly formula. The jelly finish is very different to a creme - it’s like looking into a pool of water. You won’t regret buying it but you will regret if you don’t buy it - have I mentioned the Cirque jellies in this collection are limited edition so can’t be restocked. My favourite colour is blue so I’m a little biased but I must say having purchased all the new jellies I’ve really enjoyed all the bright colours - perfect for Summer ☀️☀️☀️
