This shifty shimmer and glow in the dark polish was created as a custom polish for the Prugly Polish Pals Facebook group. This polish has a forest green base with orange and gold shifting shimmer. This one has an added effect and glows in the dark. Charging this polish under UV light or sunlight will increase it's effect.
