Scratch That is a nod to those doodles of yesteryear. A mix of black shred, dot, mini star, and hex glitters combine to create a doodle-like look best worn over crème polishes. One coat followed by Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top will give a glass-like finish to your manicure. Try it over our neon shades for a graffiti-like look.
All photos are from the same batch, but lighting, skin tones, and cameras may affect the brightness and tone.
Notes: For best results, pull brush straight up from bottle, dab glitter on, wipe brush and spread glitter as desired. Follow with Smooth Moves then a quick-dry top coat like Clearly On Top.
