Constellation Prize is a bold and shimmery cobalt blue nail glitter nail polish. Like stars in the sky, mini silver hex holographic glitters float in the base, catching the light for an enchanting twinkle. Larger silver dots mimic stars, creating out-of-this-world sparkle. If lucky, you may catch a crescent moon, but if not, don’t worry—each polish includes a mini bag with holo silver full and crescent moons for easy nail art placement. Apply 2 coats of polish as normal, then use the polish brush or tweezers to place a moon if desired.
