Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. As always, our crème polishes feature a smooth, high quality formula for ease of use and long lasting wear.

This has the single most perfect creme formula I have ever experienced. It's neon pigment is intense and it self levels perfectly and dries relatively glossy. Can easily be a one coater but 2 coats is always best, absolutely love.
