Constellation Prize is a bold and shimmery cobalt blue nail glitter nail polish. If lucky, you may catch a crescent moon, but if not, don’t worry—each polish includes a mini bag with holo silver full and crescent moons for easy nail art placement. Apply 2 coats of polish as normal, then use the polish brush or tweezers to place a moon if desired.
