Venom (Ships in Feb)

I love green. I love most of its shades too, I think and that's why I had to get this polish when I saw it - that and I was also looking for a new magnetic polish, as I seemed to have misplaced a full box of various polishes (now found, thankfully!) I don't normally put nail polish on when I know I'm going to be working as a) I could be working with food and b) they can quite understandably get a bit funny with us if we come in with brightly-coloured nails, but I decided to risk it this time and doing so got me a nice compliment from a customer, who said he liked my nail colour, which made me really pleased. Anyway, I digress.
"Venom" is such a beautiful, rich green and the magnetic properties only enhance its beauty. I had also bought the new double-headed magnet on my latest order and was itching to try the zig-zag end, which I did. I read somewhere that for best effect the magnet should be used after every coat of nail colour and that seemed to work really well for me, giving each nail a nice ziggy-zaggy shimmery pattern, but even the areas that I didn't magnetise are beautiful, however, I can't say I can see the jet-black base mentioned in the page description, but I'm really not bothered about that. Yes, it's dark, but I wouldn't say it's black, but it might look different to other people because how we see things is personal to ourselves isn't it?
So if you're looking for a luscious green I don't think you'll go far wrong if you give this beauty a go.
