Royal Mail Delivery Delays
We are occasionally seeing some delays in the RM mail system. A recent example: a package was only scanned 6 days after collection. So if you have no updates or scans for a few days, dont worry as it could just be due to a delay in Royal Mail. All RM services (except for special delivery) are not guaranteed time deliveries so can experience delays. Unfortunately, we are not able to chase up nor do we have access to further info on the back end. In the worst case of failed delivery after 2 weeks of expected delivery date, please approach us and we will put in a claim with Royal Mail. We do apologise for this if it affects you and appreciate your patience and understanding.
