I found this Cirque in my collection looking for a polish to wear in the sun ☀️ The Cirque jelly polishes are very special and have a unique very clean and bright finish. All the Cirque Vice neons are jelly finishes. I use the PFD blurring basecoat Snow and find it lifts the brightness of the polishes. It painted like a dream just make sure each coat is dry and the drying time is fast.You won’t regret buying any Cirque polishes but the neons and the jelly polishes are very special. Perfect for wearing in the sun ☀️ 👀👀👀
