Lean is a limited edition neon ultra violet crème nail polish with pink undertones. Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. Please note that neon polishes dry to a satin finish. We recommend applying a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Store product in a cool, dark place.
